Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C and grease and line a 2lb loaf tin with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth and then add the eggs, vanilla extract, honey and yoghurt and combine well with a wooden spoon. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and mix until combined.
Scrape this into the baking tin and transfer to the centre of your oven. Bake for 1 hour and leave to cool before serving.

3 ripe Chiquita Bananas, with brown flecks on peel
2 medium eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp runny honey
150ml natural yoghurt
240g self-raising wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
